Book Club To Go is a service of the Waukee Public Library that provides the convenience of complete kits for book discussions.
Finding a kit
- Use the lists below to browse titles. Click on the title for more information and to see if the kit is currently available.
- You can also search the catalog for “book club kit”.
Using a kit
- A kit is checked out to one patron who is responsible for all of the materials.
- Overdue fines and fees for missing books will be charged to the patron who checked out the kit.
- Each kit contains 10 books and circulates for 60 days.
- Kits may be renewed if there are no outstanding holds.
Getting a kit
- If the kit you want is currently checked out, you can place a hold on it.
- To place a kit on hold, search the catalog or use the lists below to browse for kits. You can also call the library at 515-978-7944.
- Whether a kit is checked out or checked in, you may place a hold on it.
Returning a kit
- Please ensure that all copies of the book are in the kit before returning it.
- Kits must be returned to the library's front desk during open hours and cannot be returned in the book drop.
