Spread the love this spring by donating non-perishable food items! The Library will collect donations for WayPoint Resources (formerly known as Waukee Area Christian Services). You can drop off needed items at the Library’s front desk during regular open hours February 15-March 15.
February and March's exhibit is a collection of pieces by the students of Tingting Beck’s Sunflower Fine Art Studio, located in Waukee. Students range in ages from 4 to 16 years old and are all from the Des Moines metro area. Their artwork covers a large variety of mediums, including pencil drawing, color pencil drawing, watercolor painting, acrylic painting, oil painting, mixed media, and digital design.
Special Family & Friends Viewing Weekends: February 22 & 23 and March 22 & 23
The Art Gallery is open Monday-Friday 9 AM-3 PM, Saturday 9 AM-12 PM, and Sunday 12-4 PM. If the meeting room is in use, the gallery will be closed to the public. Want to visit at a certain time? Call the Library at (515) 978-7944 to check availability.
